What is Cinebites? +
A dinner and a movie night at Warehouse 22 in Syracuse, Utah. Themed food and drinks are served at memorable moments during the film on our 3,600 sq ft projection wall.
What is included with my ticket? +
Every ticket is a themed dining experience matched to the film. Select: 1 themed drink and 3 themed food items (an appetizer or fun bite, a main, a dessert). Signature: 2 themed drinks and 4 food courses. Premiere: an elevated multi course menu with exclusive food and drink creations inspired by the film.
What is the difference between Select, Signature and Premiere? +
Select is 1 drink and 3 food items. Signature is 2 drinks and 4 courses served throughout the movie. Premiere is the most elevated experience with a premium multi course menu and an extra special movie night. All three serve courses at specific moments in the film.
How do I buy tickets? +
Online only at shop.utah22.com. We do not sell tickets at the door.
Can I buy tickets at the door? +
No. All tickets must be purchased online in advance.
What is the cancellation or refund policy? +
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or ticket transfers.
What time do doors open and when does the movie start? +
Typically doors open at 6:00 PM and the movie starts at 6:30 PM. Check your show's page or confirmation email, since some shows run different times.
How long is the experience? +
It depends on the runtime of the featured movie. Plan on the movie length plus about 30 minutes for seating.
Is there an age requirement? +
No. Guests of all ages are welcome unless a specific show says otherwise.
How does seating work? +
First come, first served. When you arrive our hosts guide you to your table and seating area.
Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions? +
Yes, for an additional $10 per ticket that needs a special meal. List your dietary needs when you buy your ticket. We work in an open kitchen where common allergens are present, so we cannot guarantee against cross contamination. Our kitchen is not recommended for guests with severe allergies or Celiac disease.
I bought tickets but did not get a confirmation email. +
No worries. Our check in staff can look up your reservation by your first and last name when you arrive.
Is alcohol served? +
No. Cinebites does not serve alcohol. All themed drinks are non alcoholic.
